This is a mildly confusing sentence.
The OP text tells people to not upload to Imgur because it compresses images, if you have an imgur account you are able to upload them uncompressed (I'm confident you need an account but I may be wrong).
In order to avoid confusion and to make things easier for us and new requesters we leave the OP as a flat 'ban' on Imgur although obviously no one should refuse a request solely because it was uploaded there.
People who are aware that Imgur can be set to not compress images (like >>1873937 ) will read the OP and realise that what it's saying isn't that Imgur sucks but that Imgur's compression sucks.
Basically, if you ever make an OP don't sweat the small stuff and leave the text as it is, it works fine at the minute and it's not been that long since we rewrote it.

1080p is just a term referring to videos and shit, some anon will occasionally get autistic about how it doesn't technically mean the same thing as 1920x1080. Because you provided a portrait image and asked for it in 1080 the anon assumed you were using it for a phone and left it portrait.

If you go through the logs there are several posts from I assume the same anon throwing a hissy fit about how you shouldn't automatically assume 1080p = 1920x1080. 1080p doesn't refer to resolution and doesn't literally mean 1920x1080.
You'd be surprised how many people will say 1080p or 1080 and mean 1080x1920. When you spend time in these threads you learn that language that means only one thing to you is actually rather vague and means something else to other anons.

Because it's a 50/50 chance you will get what you want unless you specify.
I just did 1080p vertically for a phone. You need to specify there's no argument around this. There's no way to know if it's horizontal or vertical unless you say it.

Sorry, I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but here's a few things I thought should've been done. A better brush choice to add some variety to line thickness and opacity. There should be a lot more black. The last attempt was closer, but the clean edges make the transition too drastic. It doesn't have to match the style of the original exactly, but it should look more drawn than blocky.

The process of expanding (or shrinking) an image is called "resampling".
Photoshop, GIMP, etc can all do it and they use a process called bi-cubic
interpolation to avoid developing artifacts and blocky-looking pixels.
There ought to be a checkbox labeled "keep aspect ratio" or something similar.
The X and Y dimensions will be stretched equally to avoid distortion.
If this image was widened to 1920 pixels, the height would grow to 1357 pixels.
So you'd have to crop it down to 1080.

I didn't know what those white things were.
At first I thought they were a rope, but eventually decided
