There is a 300 post limit (before it begins to autosage) and a 150 image cap. It was over the 300 post limit, which put it in autosage mode, for at least 1 day before a new thread was made. This is why posts would no longer bring it to the front page, and it began to go to the 2nd and 3rd page and will continue to fall until it is deleted. The new thread was made because of that. This is literally how this thread has worked for years.

So lets attack the one that has been the most consistent and has only ever made threads when the other has reached its bump limit? Does that seem reasonable to you? There is one other thread. It has been abandoned and people have been redirected to the new one. It will die regardless of how many times we post in it. People can now post in a new one that can be bumped to the first page, and they don't have to go digging farther and farther down as the days go by to find the old one.
The only reason the first rule is there is to prevent people from creating numerous threads of the same thing (ie: the numerous Phone wallpaper threads). I highly doubt creating one new thread because the other has now been autosaged is in violation of that. If a mod wants to let me know, feel free, but this has never been an issue for at least the 3 years I have been on this board, and specifically in this thread. So please, stop acting like you "understand how this board works". You clearly are new and attempting to enforce rules to make yourself feel regarded and needed. You aren't the first to try and do that on the internet.

Examples: fro, yjr lower spiral, I'd go from the inside of the "bulb" to the termination point ib the point.
I'd then do the other end of the bulb to the termination point, and make the arc smoother - it looks warped, there..
the lines for the "pole" would all be done as two separate lines all the way through and then snipped at intersections. .

The image isn't quite 16:9. Use a aspect ratio calculator (via Google) to make sure you're at a proper resolution. 8000x4500 is generally the one used.

Okay, I don't know if you're familiar with vectors, but the vector files you linked contain nothing but linked images that don't work. Are you upscaling PNGs to 300 PPI? This is probably why the aliasing is poor, regardless of the setting you choose. Once exported as a PNG, it has become a raster, which is no longer infinitely scalable. You probably want to wait for Serukui to make a proper background with his original vector files in order to create it properly.

Now, with that file, you would just have to copy the characters over, create the background shapes within Illustrator (using Step and Repeat to keep consistency), and centering it to the artboard. You would then get something like this.

Any suggestions on what should I do with the skin/hair line on the right side of her face? Upper part should be hair lineart and the lower skin lineart, but I'm not sure how I should do it if I use different colors for them.

You could always graft the two together with a short gradient. The way I would do it is to duplicate the shape that goes up her face a few times, then cut in some new nodes where you want the gradient to go, deleting the excess above and below.

A quick and dirty example of how I'd do it. I think this will look a bit more realistic than a gradient, as the hair line eventually goes behind the skin, just as it would irl.

Better. Now if you feel a little bit more "game" for a challenge: change thew thicknesses of the lines for the jacket (thicker) hair (thinnest) and gloves (same as jacket)

I'd be making the lines like this:
Chin line form the maccaroon to the first half of the "v"
The top half of the "v" would be in the thickness of the hair lines, and continues on from there.
Otherwise: Make ALL of those lines the skin thickness, (since the skin is the priority in how the seam works) and change the thickness with the bangs and rest of the hair with the thinner lines for the hair.
Final method: redo the hair lines by ADDING a line that works like a "fold" that the face line THEN goes under.

If you can get the original non-silhouetted versions at decent resolutions, then I can do it. The only way I could do it for the first set was by finding those characters at decent resolutions separately, and then combining them later. That way I will be able to get the finer details like the hands and microphones down.

Yeah, something like what this website provides: http://schoolido.lu/idols/. I was able to visit each individual Idol page and get the non silhouette version at higher resolutions, allowing me to get the smaller details more accurately. If I were to try it from the resolution, I could get most of the basic shapes, but any smaller details like the fingers or some of the hair starts to meld together, and becomes difficult to get accurately. Normally I can reverse image search, but silhouettes are hit and miss in terms of Google finding the normal versions.
