I'd recommend when doing Renders to use the Pen tool.
Follow the outlines of the image the close the object and make a selection.
Once you finish selecting the whole image, give it a nice feather and you should have a nice render.
Some people throw in a outline, be it white or black yet they are thin it's up to you on that decision.
Lastly, You an check and see if you have anymore areas to remove by making a layer on the bottom and filling it with a random color that the image itself doesn't gave.

When I run my mouse over the thumbnail, the full picture previews on the right of my screen.
I can see advertising everywhere the girl isn't.
That means she's "rendered" (as it's called on this board.)
There is no "box" around her. The background is transparent.
What's "unwanted"?
The image _could_ be cropped to fit tightly around her but that's about it.

Make it 1920x1080 and copy the shapes so it's just a solid colours/shape so it looks clean at that size. Like minimilistic where you take the image and just make them solid colours. I'm terrible with tracing,etc why I wanted to ask someone.

Ran the outlines through a "smoothing" function.
This makes the trace _less_ accurate.
(Had to hand-correct places where lines closed up entirely.)
Then applied 2 px Gaussian blur.

Renders don't have backdrops.
Most of us insert a temporary layer of contrasting color behind the render.
That makes under- and over-trimming easy to see.
The temporary layer is deleted and the result posted.
