>Before requesting, here are some tips:
– Request an image ONCE per thread. Do not bump or second - once is enough.

This is what I got so far. Tried my best to correct the obvious errors as well as tinkered with it just a bit.
It's clear that the anon who started this has a vastly different style than me so I tried not to alter too much.
Probably not going to do Mako right now just wanted to finish this up because I wanted to use it for a wallpaper.

It's much less "style differences" and more "no idea how to vector differences". Once I saw the file, the issues made much more sense. If you don't create parallel nodes with parallel handles, and instead haphazardly place nodes or randomly give certain nodes handles and others not, you will create a very messy and inconsistent image.
You fixed some of the issues, but at the same time, created many of your own. There are thickness differences throughout the dress, on the arms, and throughout the hair. Many of these areas also suffer from too many nodes, and create many lumps that make those areas very unnatural. The sharp tips on the frills look unnatural in many places as well. There is also still issues that I mentioned here >>1857281.
The only way many of these areas will be fixed is to only place nodes at major curves and endpoints, while keeping all nodes and handles parallel in the process. Thickness must also be defined for each part of an image, such as hair, skin, clothes etc., and the thickness within each area must match throughout the image. If both cannot be maintained, the image will not come out well done. Stuff like that requires practice and doing multiple vectors to get right, so this image is most likely beyond repair. Take this as notes for future vectors instead.
And yes, low resolution exports will create crappy images. Exporting at 300/600 PPI minimum will work most of the time.

I am familiar with the phenomena, but if you look at the way it's peeking out the sides of her panties there and then look at the way the panties themselves are shaded it just looks a bit off.
I definitely don't think it was the artist's intent to make her look like a trap, but I also don't think he meant to make it quite so puffy at all.

Here's a few things after a quick look over it. Circled in red are the gradients that don't blend in very well and look a bit jarring. Yellow is for the missing gradients. I also circled a small mistake in green, you have a shape going over the cord of her sweater. All in all, you need to practice more with gradients. The lineart itself is pretty good. The color for the outline of her hair seems too bright compared to the rest, but that's more of a personal preference.

I fixed the gradients. I think I fixed the cord one and sleeve one. The shape on the cord is a different one meant to be the shadow in the image. The hair gradients though, I'm not sure about, but I could just switch them to solid colors, and the lighter parts, maybe fixed, but again, I'm not sure. I don't understand the problems with the face gradients, and the 3 gradients on the sweater, I don't know how to fix.

Also have skimmed through the tutorials, but there wasn't really anything I couldn't figure out on my own. Also, I used photoshop, so some of the program-specific tips aren't much help.

You have issues throughout the entire image. This is normal of first time vectors though.
There are things to consider when working on lineart. For one, make sure all nodes and handles are parallel at all times. If you don't do this, you will get messy and inconsistent lienart that is present in your image. Make sure every node has handles, as it will make it easy to shape a fill. In combination with those, you need to pick a thickness for separate parts of images, like skin, hair, clothes, etc. Pick a thickness for each one, and make sure you match the thickness in each area throughout the entire image.
For the eyes, use the circle tool to keep thickness consistent. For internal lineart like the mouth, and some of the lines in the dress, make sure the thickness is closer to to other lineart in the surrounding area. They can be thinner, but not so much that is clearly obvious. Also, for shapes ending with a single node tip, make sure the transition from thin to thick is consistent. Many tips in the hair are far too thin, and then too thick at the V tips. Make it more gradual to keep thickness consistent. You also want to make sure that all the V tips of the hair curve in a certain direction. If you make them too flat, the hair becomes very dull. For the hands, pay attention to the fingers and how they are shaped. You want the tips to be fairly skinny and thin, as it matches a female character better.

It's up to you to pick thicknesses for certain areas. Some people like hair to be the thinnest, others like it to be the thickest. Same applies everywhere else. Just make sure the thickness is different between each area, and all within the same area match each other.

I have always done the thicknesses by how I want the affect to be.
For example: Hair should look more flowing, and in general, is the thinnest part of any person's body, so I usually make those my thinnest lines.
Things like leather or denim or those nice thick down jackets usually have the thicket lines, to give them that same feel.

Adobe in their infinite wisdom changed how you resize shapes. You can't grab the side to only make it wider or grab the top to only make it taller, basically you can't bind the opposite plane you are adjusting. Instead, you can only grab the corner and risk adjusting both in a direction you may not want to or resizing all of it with the shift key. I have wanted to make shapes wider or taller only, now we can't.

So this'll be the first progress report with the preliminary lineart done. Yes, those are all strokes. I'll replace them with fills once the placement is final. Some of those lines will also be a lot thinner later (mostly some hair, her collar bone and (some of) the lines around her boobs.)
Furthermore i'll expand the image a little to the left and top and try to complete the halo and at least the first two wings (fuck you, Yoda).
Currently i'm planning on doing only one set of wings.
What i'm also not going to do is finish the leg (unless someone provides at least a rough sketch of what it should look like that i can work from).
