I normally don't upscale but that was such a skinny watermark border and the sides of the image are almost just black (no detail to lose) so I figured I'd crop that shit out. Good enough? It's either this or someone fucks around with redrawing the top of his head.

Is there any app /w/ would recommend for making phone wallpaper layouts? I just want to make simple phone backgrounds, all I really need to do is be able to make properly sized files then add images and simple shapes.
