I made this based off of a small image I saw that had no background-sizes. It's pretty fucking bad, though, and I wish someone would make something just like this but better than I am able to.

You hit the nail on the fucking head. That's exactly the point. That's the thing I love about One, he does such a good job with overpowered characters.
In One Punch it's all about the other characters developing and growing and becoming disillusioned through their interactions with Saitama.
In Mob Psycho 100, it's all about Mob developing and learning how to interact socially through his interactions with other characters.
Saitama doesn't use his full power often because he's bored of weak enemies and Mob doesn't use his full power often because he doesn't want to hurt people.
Both stories are satire but they have more development and depth than most other mangas.
