There's the Virtual Cameraman series on 3DO, which is from the same devs as Virtua Photo Studio.
The 3DO and Saturn have this strip rock-paper-scissors game called The Yakyuken Special, and the Saturn version adds more girls.
Another strip rock-paper-scissors one is Onee-san to Issho! Janken Paradise, also on 3DO, which has some neat stuff. It lets you choose what article of clothing the girl will take off and in whatever order you want, as well as a mode that lets you play against more than one of the girls, and each pairing/grouping has their own unique photos as rewards. It's also not as cheap difficulty-wise as Yakyuken Special.
...also, I still can't believe it was Acclaim that released Virtua Photo Studio. So odd.

They're really not that special, dozens of them were made when FMV became the hot new thing for Sega CD, 3DO, Saturn, PC-FX, and all those early disc-based consoles and computers.

Never mind. I can't think of one that's really good, and most of them can barely be considered games, but you had stuff like Phantasmagoria which wasn't really focused on women.
Queen of Queens is so bad it's good though. Skip to 6:10 if you want to see the best wrestling game ever made which still hasn't been topped to this day.
