you'l find a lot more on the PC Engine, and also mega drive
Parodius series and Gradius III are great though
If you want fourth generation shmups, you should try the pc-engine.
Pop'n Twinbee is great for SNES, you have to import it but it's easy to get, most menus are in English

How do I git gud? I can't make it to the 2nd stage without using almost all my lives.
Snes is too slow for those kinds of games. Try MD and PC Engine next time.
