Get an R4, download a HG or SS rom and a play it until you can reach the Name Rater.
Then take the SD card from the R4 and transfer the Rom and .sav to your computer, boot the game on a DS emulator.
There's gotta be some ActionReplay or CodeBreaker cheat to force-change a Pokémon's nickname. Then name it F4G or some shit that's not in GameFreak's black list.
Then trade it back to your cartridge and transfer it to Gen 6.
