Episodes were a full hour, though they usually spent around 20 minutes showing a rerun of an old anime episode, so the live action stuff was mostly the same length.
The hosts were Shoko, comedy duo Taka & Toshi, actor Yukito Nishii and male model Robin, with Abareru-kun and comedian Toshiaki Kasuga as regular co-hosts with their own segments similar to the ones Antony has on Pokenchi.
Early episodes had multiple regular guests on to participate in game show-type competitions with random viewers getting prizes if they won, though this was painfully boring and thankfully got dropped after a while.
Beyond that it wasn't too different. Antony's current segment is basically just a variant on Abareru-kun's Get TV segment.
The show had regular threads, which should give a decent impression of what it was like.
