I wish that want the case, one of the games biggest flaws IMO. You go up one level and suddenly find fully evolved Pokemon with 2x the CP as the ones you've got. Which basically means there's no point in powering up until you're at least level 15+, because powered up mons become obsolete so quickly. And evolving is only good for the XP. Niantic probably didn't want to manage that across larger s areas so they stick to cities. Yeah you can evolve, but preferably if your captured mon is near its maximum CP when you catch it.

You should be catching EVERYTHING (except Zubat, fuck that thing), but Pidgeys and Ratatas especially since they have a low level-up requirement, allowing you to gain a large amount of EXP fast when you level them up.
With a lucky egg, approximately 10 evolved pidgeys will level you up at a high level.

I haven't played Pokémon since the Gold game and I remember you'd have to trade people to get the starters.
Unless you had that Pokémon Stadium game for the N64, of course.

I've been thing thinking about possible expansions for PoGo already that would please both the original game players, and the new group that's been reintroduced to the first 151 Pokemon through Go. I don't think they should just release the Pokemon from generation 2 next, because then fans of the old game will already know what's coming, and where the game would be heading from there, with gens 3, 4, 5, coming after. And knowing another 620 Pokemon are on the way might be overwhelming to the current PoGo players. I know it would be for me, and I just got finished completing my Pokedex on X/Y and Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire.
How about instead they tie in the next Pokemon Go expansion with the new monsters coming out with Pokemon Sun and Moon first, OR just make up entirely new Pokemon just for Pokemon Go that not even the original game players wouldn't know about. That way there's still incentive to play Pokemon Go that would keep both parties perspectives fresh and exciting. I'd personally love to see a Pokemon's shadow on the tracker for a Pokemon that I've never seen before.
How about y'all? Do you want them to eventually follow up with Johto - Alola regions in order? Or something entirely new that no one has ever seen before? >>27183944

A trick to get a guaranteed throw is to swipe at the screen before it zooms out when you run into a pokemon. You'll probably not catch it but it is a guaranteed hit.
Also turning off AR makes it easier to throw balls

Your phone doesn't have a gyroscope. Only fix is getting a phone that does.

Let them first iron out and expand the gameplay and then drop Unova dex on us. More Pokemon than all other gens, great diversity and strong in types Gen. I is weak in, namely Ghost, Bug and Dragon.
