There usually aren't much uncommon pokemon in the neighborhood I live in. Pokestops are very scarce too. Luckily I live near an area that is filled to the brim with pokestops. Could swipe a brand new pokestop every couple of feet I was walking when I got there.
Just open your google maps and do some research to find places that would obviously be filled with lots of people and pokestops. Unless you're in the middle of nowhere you should find something.
RIP if you're in the middle of nowhere though. You'll be forced to pay for your pokeballs to continue if you can't find a place with enough pokestops. I would stop playing if I were you if that ends up being the case

Then the recharge rate should differ depending on the distance between PokeStops.
If the closest Stop to the one you just used is a short walk away then it should take a good while in order to get people out and roaming. If it's the only Stop in the middle of nowhere then the quick recharge rate is justified.

All I want is a magneton. Once I get one <presumably by evolving a magnemite> I'll just dump all my stardust into it, happily. My issue is, in order to find one, I'm going to have to drive a town and a half over, as my town's power plant, which provides energy for my neighbouring town as well, doesn't have any.
Will it screw me over to catch a bunch while my level is low and level whichever one is biggest? Its max will grow as I level, right? So aside from being a massive dump of stardust to keep it relevant, will I have any issue? Will it end up as a runt because I caught it early?

Most phones run animations fine and they're not going to chance character designs or not make it 3D.
Also I definitely think the game is salvageable as more than a fad if they just listen. If player base drops off massively in the future I don't see them not listening to the concerns.

Oh fuck finally caught this Hitmonlee i've been chasing for days. It always spawns in the same place about 10 minutes from my house but always runs off before i can find it.
