Eggs give a shitload of dust, and also yes you should be catching everything you see. Just keep one of each type with the highest CP, release everything else and you'll have tons of candy and dust in no time.
Don't evolve anything but shitmons until you're level 12-15, when you do evolve your shitmons use a lucky egg and evolve them all at once for massive XP gains.

You get 1000 EXP if it's a Pokemon you don't have in your 'dex yet, and 500 EXP if it's already registered (even if you've never evolved the base form before, and just caught the evolved form in the wild).

Yes, it's max CP increases each time you level up. This DOES NOT mean that every Pokemon has the same max CP at whatever level you are. They do vary, but at the same time, you don't necessarily have to worry about

The benefit of doing your second question is that you won't waste as much stardust to power up your Pokes as you would have to for the Pokes you caught in the early levels. So in short, save your stardust until the later levels when you see more powerful Pokemon.

I've found that it tends to happen in huge jumps. From 1-6 I didn't ever find anything higher than mayb 150, and then from 7-12 most everything was in the 120-250 range, and now I'm at 14 and most are in the 180-280 range, and there's plenty of Pokemon above 360 for me to feel good about catching and evolving later on.

Yea, I've talked to a lot of people about this. What's happening is not due to your weight but your activity level. For people who are not very active to suddenly start doing a lot of repetitive motion (e.g. walking) in a certain part of your body you end up getting a motion abrasions, also known as biker's rash or saddle sore.
People who are very active tend to have this happen significantly less often partially do to appropriate attire but also due to the fact that your skin tends to toughen up when met with frequent irritation. If your really sore, take a day off from walking, rest, and try going out again. After a week or so your body will adjust and you should be fine, until then I recommend bike shorts or breeches.
Be wary of overdoing it, however, the rash can worsen and lead to folliculitis (raw pimples in the area) and eventually to abscesses that will need to be drained.

Germany, Nürnberg. Fucking pidgeys and rats and some occassional weedles is all there is here. Sure some times something diffetent plops up but that really doesn't happen to often. I'm level 16 now and my strongest mon is a 700+ Hypno, two 500+ birds and A LOT of 400+ rats. The rare nice ones have 300+ at most and they are almost impossible to level due to lack of candies because where the fuck would I get candies if they are so rare
