How the FUCK do people have CP 800+ Pokemon already? I've been walking around collecting mons every day and my highest is 250, even when I'm releasing every single multiple for the candy.

you can catch wild pokemon at higher CP when your level is higher. Grind your level by catching a bunch of common shit then doing a bunch of evolutions while you have lucky egg up

It's your trainer level. Level 1 I found eevees between 15-40 cp. At level 7 and finding a lot over 100. Highest is 143

Team Red catches Pokémon with high CP too, so it makes it easier. At level six and seven I average between 170cp and 280cp a lot of the time.

The gym across the street from me has had a 1011 CP Snorlax for over a day now, I haven't even SEEN a Snorlax, idk how they got enough candies to level it so high

you get 1 around level 6-10 (I forget where), but they're fairly cheap to just buy a handful. I'm level 11 and I've only used 2 since level 6

I'm glad I chose valour then, wild encounters are more frequent than the other 2, so we can just pick the best pokes we catch naturally to evolve and power up.

you get at least 3 chances to level up when you catch a single stage or full evolved poke in the wild, if it had enough base CP and if you have enough stardust, it's not too outrageous
