Near me is all Valor with over 1200cp gym leaders. The few Instinct ones are fairly strong, but 1HP glitch every time. Very few Mystics, so it makes keeping gyms difficult.

Red and Yellow are literally about battling and breeding, activities that the autistic side of the community enjoy way too much. Unless you chose your team based on either the color or the pokemon representing it, then yes, not picking Blue is a high sign that you're autistic.
Battles are one of the two major aspects of Pokemon so Red isn't that bad a choice, but choosing Yellow pretty much guarantees you're on the spectrum.
