Gyms haven't looked like that since Gen 4 (excluding ORAS since those were remakes), since Gen 5 all gyms have been distinct and unique buildings and are different for each city, none looking like the other. The only thing that gave this leak any credibility was that someone remembered it mentioning a fire/poison lizard. Then, once it was actually dug up, it turned out to just say "a fire/poison type". That's vague enough that I don't think this leak is worth thinking about too much.
