Normally, carrying around a poisoned pokemon would make it dislike you, until it faints or it cures itself from the poison (which is random if I recall correctly) but what happens with the Poison Heal ability?

Pokemon no longer faint from poison in the overworld. They will always cure itself from poison at 1hp. I think only fainting lowers their happiness.
