I haven't battled before actually just started building my first team recently. I feel like it should be a mega evolution but I don't know it's a big deal or not. After all most of the Pokemon are around PU and I doubt any mega evolution would lie in that category. So aside from that it's either Dunsparce or Seviper since I've already got some decent IV ones of those. I'd probably go for Dunsparce since Seviper and Ariados would probably be sort of similar but I haven't checked Smogon.
I have to do tons of Battle Frontier anyways just to get all the items for the Pokemon I have now so it'll be a while before I battle anyways.

Go to /inj/. A legit Volcanion with decent IV is nearly impossible to find unless you get lucky in 2ch or are Japanese yourself. Remember, it hasn't been released in the western world.
