I'm trying to assess the value of GEN VI's pokémon among the fanbase. So, VP, can you tell me if one or more mons from gen VI have entered your all time favorites list?

It actually has some of my favourites. Gen VI only had a small number of additions to the already burgeoning list of Pokemon, sure, but it's got some great highlights. In no particular order; Dragalge, Froakie, Fletchinder, Pyroar, Gogoat, Pangoro, Aurorus all come to mind, but I like almost all of them, with one or two exceptions.
one thing I don't hear people mentioning that often is that the starter trio from gen VI is maybe the most cohesive, as a trio, since gen II. they match and one complement the other.

Pancham is great but Pangoro is ass
I think diggersby/Talonflame/vivillion are overall the best regional shitmons in the series
I really thought gen 6 had the best designs since gen 2. I hated pyroar, the fat fairies and goodra but everything else was great, it was just a shame there were so few Pokemon and every route was filled with so many different Pokemon that you couldn't form strong associations with the Pokemon and parts of the game

Zangoose had been my favorite since Gen 3 - my bro, my senpai, what have you. But when X/Y came out, I kept finding myself fixating on Pumpkaboo. I found myself using it ingame, buying its merch, and eventually making it the subject of my first shiny hunt - I couldn't get enough!
Halloween is my favorite holiday, and I love things that are both cute and gothic/gloomy/creepy. Pumpkaboo fit all of those criteria and just stuck with me. Now its my number one favorite and Zangoose is my fourth.
Tyrantrum and Noivern share my number 2 and 3 slots. I've never really cared for Dragon's either way, but I do love Dinosaurs and Tyrantrum is the perfect mesh of Pokemon and Dino. Noivern just has a design that enchanted me from the get go. My only qualm is that you get Noibat so late in the game.
So I'd say that Gen 6 had some of the best Pokemon designs the series has had so far - so much so that three of its Pokemon replaced my top 3 favorites.

I think it just reminds me of beartic which is my absolute least favourite Pokemon in the series. They both evolve from Pokemon with so much personality and the evolved designs (especially beartic) have pretty much no personality. Something like machamp is obviously still that cheeky little Machop deep down but pangoro/beartic must have seen their family murdered when they evolved because they've just lost all emotion.

Malamar and Clawitzer are both cool concepts but I don't use them too much

Archeops and maybe coffin bro. I really like the animal based on Archeops and it's color scheme. Coffin because I'm a sucker for mummies.
I would like gogoat more if it had variations on color like sawsbuck.

Gen 6 was one of the best so far for pokemon, despite the low numbers. I like a good number from every generation, but I think 6 has the least that I dislike.
