The wibbly wobblyness. The Grotle looks pretty wobbly, but with this and any stylization it's a matter of opinion of the viewer and intention of the artist. I think that type of wobblyness in animation is referred to as boil, but all I know about that is from some documentary on Ed Edd n eddy, which was always notable for the neat wobble in its lines.
