Depends what Relicanth you want. Some competitive Relicanths consist of being speedy, physically offensive or bulky. Also, the least important stat for Relicanths are generally Special Attack, since it is better for Physical Attacks.
The best natures for Relicanths are Jolly, Adamant, Impish and Careful. Brave is plus attack and minus speed, so it's not the best, but still can be good offensively.

So lets say i want female adamant mawile with 2 egg moves.
I find the egg move donor, so idk lets say she can breed and learn fire fang from houndoom, i get a fire fang houndoom male and breed him with mawile until i get a female mawile with fire fang.
Lets say i want another move, ice fang
Idk who learns ice fang. Walrien? We get a male walrein and breed it with the baby that learned firefang, so now 2 egg moves come out since each parent had one. Walrien had ice fang. Newborn mawile had firefang.
I breed till i have male and feemel with 2 egg moves, wich takes about 6 eggs, not long.
When i have mel and feemel i breed till i have an adamant mawile. So now my mawile is adamant and 2 egg moves. I then give mawile an everstone, and begin introducing my collection of 2-3iv dittos wich hold destiny knot to breed with mawile. Bout an hour to 2 hours later i have a 5 iv adamant 2 egg move mawile . Quak! Quak!
