Rowlett: 8/10, interesting typing, cute as fuck. Fucking grass/flying? That's dope. That alone sets him apart from the others because no fly-slave. Bow-tie is sort of lame, and I can't help but feel like GF will fuck up his evos. Definitely the best of the three and stands out the most.
Litten: 6/10. "People like cats right? Well lets make another cat pokemon!!" Litten is pretty cool for sure, if not kind of basic. He feels like he could just be a random mon. The good news? He's already better than Chimchar and Tepig. The bad news? Those pokemon were fucking terrible and looked like they were drawn by a blind woman with no hands.
