The 'manga' part here is already a what-the-fuck moment for me, sorry, no clue. I went on and tried to *literally* translate it, but since it doesn't make sense to me I'll stop embarrassing myself here.
Archie holds up a Hoenn passport and says something about style in Hoenn compared to where they're flying to (a resort, he says). Then Lysandre starts criticising him for..his wife?? does he mean Maxie? idek
Then in the last panel, Archie & Maxie both get angry at Lysandre. Archie says something about an organisation (Team Aqua?) and surfing, and Maxie reminds Lysandre there's also volanoes where they're going for vacation and he should be careful.
