How do you check the IV of a new hatchling. Surely the NPC isn't really an accurate enough to check and they're too low level to use a calculator.

Uhh you put it up for the corphish. Even if I was going to give you one, I'd have to breed it first. You can have the smeargle since it's on my free list, but I don't usually breed for other people unless I have a reason to. If you don't have a smeargle in your dex already, you can input it manually at the bottom of the alphabet menu.
