I'm miffed over the fact that Meowth can't learn False Swipe. It would make it the dream teammate for Dex-Nav chaining. I still use it because it's got Pickup and Payday to keep up my Repel fund, but I wish it got False Swipe so it could be the perfect capturing buddy as well.
