I expect the episode to start immediately with the Ash/Greninja training, then quickly followed by Dianthas appearance which will then cut to the OP.
After the OP, we'll get into Diantha explaining her reason for showing up, Ash mentioning the Greninja transformation which then leads straight into the battle. I'm expecting a 4-6 minute battle similar to Ash VS Alan2. After that it depends on how the battle ends, whether by Ash passing out again, TR showing up, or Greninja fainting.

By the end of XY? Probably.
But as it stands now Greninja hasn't managed to defeat Alan or Diantha, and has only managed to defeat Sceptile because it used Syncro.
It hasn't had any impressive wins similar to Sceptile defeating Darkrai, Pikachu defeating M-Lucario/Latios yet.
Once it gets a legitimate victory against MegaZardX or M-Sceptile sure. But as it stands now, I'd place it behind Infernape in terms of power rankings.

Summary:
In order to have Sumomo regain her confidence, Hikari decides to attempt her first ever Gym battle. Before their showdown, Pochama and the other Pokémon push themselves through battle training with Satoshi's Pikachu and Buoysel as their opponents! And in order to make Mukubird learn a new move, Satoshi continues the training he's getting help from the "Predator Pokémon" Mukuhawk that Reiji raised for!
Meanwhile, at the field in the Gym that resembles a wood floored dojo, Sumomo meditates together with Lucario in preparation for tomorrow's battle. And then the day of the Gym battle arrives. Will Sumomo manage to recover? And how will the Gym battle between Sumomo and Hikari end!?
