I like the concept more than the execution with this one. Kind of hard to design a dragon whose shtick is carrying treasure around without straying into Sableye territory, even if dragon treasure hoards predate it.

Stage one has a big gold coin or something, maybe frisbees it at enemies.
Stage two has gold pouches on it's belt or w/e.
Stage three is covered in gold, with maybe a crown or armor that's also golden. Stages 1-3 slowly get nore golden as a theme itself.

Try varying the colors slightly between the evolutions as well as adding little differences on the details/external parts. Changing the stances between poses also prevents the "just gets bigger syndrome."
The Grass one I thought was just 3 different poses at first. Only the legs and wings get bigger. Maybe add some vines to the strawberry "heart" as it evolves.
The Fire one is pretty decent, if boring. I'd do away with making the tail humongous like that. It would be cool to keep the tail about the same size but keep the new fire mane.
The Water one would be pretty great if the base stage was not bipedal as well. However then you're inching even closer to Mudkip territory.

Try to emphasize your proportions. Like, for the basic forms, give them neotenic features like large heads and stumpy limbs.
