Just reached 165 with a few angry Zygardes, my mobile friends are around 70 or 80. The tables have turned.

I've been using M-Rayquaza, Zygarde 50%, Kyurem and Xerneas.
Leveling up Z50 and not using other dragons to make more use of M-Ray, since he's the fastest dragon mega I have.
If the going gets rough I'll change it but so far I've been getting through most levels with 8 or 9 moves left.

Move the bottom left coin to just above the bottom right, or just below the top right.
Remove one row between the coins.
Move the first spawned coin to the other position from above you didn't use. You now have 4 coins with one Pokemon between.
If Meowth's HP is low, nothing wrong with backing out here and taking the 300.
Otherwise wait for the penultimate turn, match the final coin for 500, and find a combo to KO Meowth on the final turn.

If you're worried about my killing Mewoth, just bring a strong non-SE like Heatran or something with "Last Ditch Effort". It easy to activate even on matches of 3 and can do a good deal of damage, at least enough to kill Meowth. I think it could kill Meowth in one turn if it could activate.

I think I overcompensated thinking Stage 175+5 was 180 as said in the Zygarde section.
I bought all items and attempted to brute force it. but cleared it in 2 turns only needed 10,000 or so damage.

No. You get a score and place into one of the reward brackets. If you're in a bracket that gets the stone and you already have it, you get something else (usually a jewel, in this case a speedup).
