Cameron, Ash's League-Only rival in the Best Wishes saga. A character who is dumber than Ash was when he first started out training, and yet also has fully evolved Pokemon. His partner is a Riolu that acts just like him.
When he forgets something, he snaps his headband against his head. He was almost unable to compete in the league due to being late, but Ash managed to convince them to let him enter.
In his and Ash's battle, he only brought five Pokemon with him, not realizing that he needed a full team of six, yet still won when his Riolu evolved into a Lucario at the last moment and beat the shit out of Snivy and Pikachu.
