Typhlosion (Special Damage output, Eruption), Swampert (BST), Emboar (Physical Damage output, Reckless Flare Blitz), and Greninja (Speed and capability to use it effectively).
Charizard and venusaur are suny day sweepers, arguably Venu is better.
Blaziken is broken with Speed boost.
Serperior has only one set with shit coverage
Greninja has protean and gen I level of coverage.
Infernape is a late game sweeper.
Sceptile hat it's niche with un burden..
Blastoise is a decent spinner, swampert is gastrodon little Brother with more offensive move pool , feraligatr is Gyarados baby but with a better ability, typsion has a decent eruption, with in the sun kills anything that does not resist it.
Empoleon has good typing, and move pool, emboar reckless fire blitz and sucker punch for fun
Most powerful one is among them, for a reason similar to the ones I say. Greninja, Blaziken and Infernape would be the best without support.

What kind of tree (Stone) is that?
Swampert is good at putting out damage and taking hits. If there were no hidden abilities, Swampert would be the best starter
I love Serperior, but i can't find it very useful in matches. I still use him anyway.

Blaziken got into Uber first with Speed Boost, and Greninja got into Uber when it could learn Gunk Shot iirc.
Not including Megas at all.
Technically, though, Swampert has the highest BST of all starters.

All three of the Kalos starters are actually pretty good, which is one of my favorite things about that generation.
