right now you should just grind theme tournaments that cost tickets for packs, use XY basic green or XY basic blue
keep the packs you win and trade them for ShayminEX, you'll need at least two of those no matter what you are playing.
dark hammer has a few good staples and is a playable deck for theme. the xerneas deck offers xerneas (duh) and fairy garden which, yveltal at least has two of those.
if you want to spend your tokens spend them on packs mostly roaring skies in the hope of pulling a shayminEX but it also has a lot more to offer..

the Basic Blue and Basic Green they give to you are better than anything you can pay for. Just make sure you can 12 *unique* wins across the tutorials with each so you unlock the extra cards for each. Four star everything in tutorials for maximum packs. Play on "hard" it's quicker.
You can do versus ladder with your theme decks while you wait to make a decent standard deck. But do get the fuck out of theme format asap because it's completely different when you have a deck that isn't 50% energy cards.

what is hard about the deck though? Open with bab yveltal and dump some energy/maxie/gallade in the discard with a compressor. Power up Yveltal EX and start killing. If you face a lightning deck then get Gallade/Zoroark out. Face nightmarch just mow them down with babytal. Face item heavy deck then use Toad.

Standard is easier to get into. Look up standard competitive decks that doing well at tournaments and pick one you are interested in. Save your tradeable packs and trade for the cards in that deck. Night March and Garchomp are both high cheese, low cost.

well I think you could use some more Charizards cuz they could easily get prized away (as could any 'mon in your Delphox line). Definitely get more blacksmiths (prolly get 2 easily with a pack and some other trainer cards you need). Overall though, my best advice would be to throw your deck into the VS ring or test it against AI. You'll quickly find out through a handful of games what's working, and what's not.
For example, I made a deck once that similarly to yours had a evo line that I had only one Stage 2 card of (chesnaught). Sure it worked most of the time if Chesnaught wasn't prized, but when he was prized. . .things would get bad quick.

You have two options, assuming you're new and playing mostly theme decks:
1. Spend tokens to get into tournaments to win tickets (then spending tickets to enter tournaments to win packs)
2. Save all your tokens until the next set comes out then open a shitton of new packs
Option 1 is going to get you to a real deck faster
Option 2 is much more prudent if you're in no rush, since you'll have most of the cards from the next set. Doing this between every set eventually means you don't need to expend more than ~20 packs to trade for literally every possible deck spawn/altered from the new set,
