Mega Lapras, Tauros and Farfetch'd will probably all get megas next gen. Ditto will never get an evolution or a mega evolution. Mega evolution wouldn't even be able to help Ditto since they don't increase HP.

Delibird is the official joke Pokemon. Farfetch'd is just a Pokemon they've forgotten about. It's one of the Pokemon that could actually have a cool Mega design.

I'm not sure why that means it's "supposed to suck" or why it could not get an evolution that toughens it up after a life of hardship being pursued by people who want to eat it. There are quite a few Pokemon that are functionally retarded that still evolve.

I think a Mega would be good for Tauros but that's it. Also the Mega would need to stay pure normal.
