First they practice a bit. Abareru-kun can't get the chop motion right, so they demonstrate on him.
And Rinka-chan bullies him by taking pictures when he'd rather not have them taken.

Next he practices bouncing of ropes, and fails once he stumbles over his on feet.
It's pretty fun to watch, but you can't really get good pictures.
Finally he practices the actual cross chop itself: Bouncing off the ropes, then doing a jumping cross chop at the opponent.
The wrestlers demonstrate all this stuff ahead of his tries.

The next photo is of Machamp's rush attack, Dynamic Rush. They go to a disused factory in Saitama to dick around with explosives, and Abareru-kun pulls firecrackers out of his pants.

So after explaining the general idea, a photo of him punching towards a series of live explosions, he says they're going to use 1000 firecrackers for the actual photo, since the Pokedex says Machamp "can launch 1,000 punches in two seconds."
This shit is actually pretty dangerous, so they go over the security measures like Aareru-kun standing at a safe distance, both of them wearing a face visor and earplugs, and the actual lighting being done by some security staff guy, all while a "don't try this at home" warning is on screen.
So for the actual photo, they have Abareru-kun make a punch motion like this, while Rinka takes a photo from behind.

Yasumura's usual catchphrase when he reveals his speedo is "Don't worry, I'm wearing something.", but in this episode, they go "Don't worry, I'm not wearing anything" instead.
It's funny the first time, but they do it like 5 times, including once at the start of the episode, and completely kill it.
So after Yasumura has demonstrated some poses, Abareru-kun tries some himself as the photographer takes pictures.
