As the title says I am buying a 3DS XL to play pokemon (among a few other games, pokemon is the main reason)

Haven't played pokemon since the original ruby/sapphire. Should I just pick up OR/AS or is X/Y better? opinions please.

I'm tempted to do a nuzlocke run too. Sounds like fun.

Are there any roms worth playing if doing a nuzlocke or is original better.

I just want peoples opinions and ideas. Going to go and pick up my 3ds and some booze in a while.

ORAS is better but X and Y has the new world and story, admittedly they don't last very long.

Also you might as well go for a New 3DS if you don't already have one yet
