Should just stopping giving -ates to special attackers, but it's just like gamefreak to do that.
Hell I'd even settle for Flamethrower, Surf, Ice Beam, and Energy Ball.

Fan stays pretty much the same, wash becomes even more OU, heat, mow, and frost become somewhat more usable than they were.
