Basically these are both right. If you're running M-Absol the only Ability that makes a difference is Justified. If you're using regular Absol, just use Super Luck so you can spam Night Slash and Psycho Cut. I've had good results with Night Slash/Psycho Cut/Superpower/Sucker Punch Absol as a sweeper on gimmick teams after Sticky Web has been set up, but in the end you're still running Absol and Mach Punch will totally fuck you because he takes hits like a little bitch.

Injecting is a method of forcing code into the 3DS to do something not officially allowed by Nintendo.
For pokemon, you can inject code that creates any pokemon/item you want that looks 100% legitimate. You can't tell the difference. You can also inject pretty much any other code you want. The best program to use is PkHex. Nintendo has updated the 3DS firmware to block these injections but there are still methods to accomplish it.

For anything below gen6, you have to chain-trade them up to BW/BW2 then use poketransfer to deposit them in pokebank only a few at a time. It's time consuming and hell.
If you intend to complete your dex in ORAS, pokemon without a blue pentagon (anything before gen6) will have a different icon in the pokedex. It's a lot easier to breed out a nice baby dragon and put them on GTS with "5iv modest 4egg" or some shit.

Lastly, I have a EV trained level 55 Rotom named 'Unexpected' (I can't change it), but its stats are a bit weird, as it was used as a gimmick. It's timid, has EVs spread in Speed & Special Attack, and has Hex/Thunder Wave/Thunderbolt/Confuse Ray.

There's usually an event but that doesn't include balltism because it's almost always a male and/or a non-passable ball. X/Y safari's also had HA starters. If you can be more specific maybe somebody will be able to help. Good luck.
