You don't call CM + 3 attacks Kyogre "SuperOgre" just because CM + 3 attacks Jirachi is called "Superachi" or Sub/Iron Defense/Baton Pass Scolipede "ScoliJump" because Sub/CM/Pass Espeon was called "EspyJump".
Smogon has moved away from using eponymous set names, so stop applying "Cro" to everything not named Suicune.

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as Crogre, is in fact, Calm Mind/RestTalk Kyogre, or as I've recently taken to calling it, Calm Mind plus RestTalk Kyogre. Crogre is not an set unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning Pokemon made useful by the moves, EVs and vital stats comprising a full Pokemon as defined by Smogon.
Many trainers run a modified version of Crocune every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of Crocune which is widely used today is often called Crogre, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the Crocune set, developed by Cromat.
There really is a Crogre, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the Pokemon they use. Crogre is the crux: the program in the system that allocates the team's resources to the other Pokemon that you run. The crux is an essential part of a set, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete Pokemon. Crocune is normally used in combination with Kyogre: the whole system is basically Crocune with Kyogre added, or Calm Mind/RestTalk Kyogre. All the so-called Crogre distributions are really distributions of Calm Mind/RestTalk Kyogre.
