When I was a little kid I was super poor and mostly neglected by my mom, and I would regularly steal from my neighbor when I went over to his house. One time I knocked on his door to see if he could play, and he said he couldn't, and then shut the door,t hen as I was turned around to leave I heard his mom talking, and she said "I know you don't like him since he keeps stealing your toys, and I dont like him much either, but you need to be nice to him, you're his only friend, and he's poor, you know that."
