Cresselia is really good for this stage as keldeo barriers hit column 3 and column 4 every 5 turn, i have no idea how i would have done it without using it

For example if you have a board with sth like this:

Switching the X and O so you have 2 x3 matches will result in X and O falling down most likely. You can repeat this as often as you like until your board changes (due to disruptions for example) or you die. Also if one of those matches activates your mega ability it will also change (so you dont get mega icons all the time)

I tried doing Keldeo Resolute. Populated the board properly. Did the move it suggested. Repopulated the board with the changes and so on so forth. I feel like I'm doing something wrong as Keldeo had a good number of HP left when I failed.

How do I set this thing up? I tried following a tutorial video for an earlier version, but I'm not really quite understanding it.

Are you actually retarded? Why does it matter if the game knows the HP? You're not using Vitality Drain or Poisonous Mist, so whether you're fighting Keldeo 300 or Riolu your attacks will do the same amount of damage. Shufflemove doesn't need to know the HP of the stage to be helpful, since either way it will give you the best move.

You do realize not every level is possible itemless right? Unless you get insane luck, the boss levels of the escalation are gonna require some items, usually AP+ at a minimum.

Why would factoring in HP make a difference though? The only case that would have any effect is the two abilities mentioned previously or when you have say 500 HP left and so it would prioritize a 550 damage move over a move that ranges from 300-1200 since it ranks by average (though I'm not sure if it does that anyway, but using your brain removes that issue).

Shufflemove isn't a magical tool that removes all trouble from the game, it just provides the best moves based on the current board assuming skyfall isn't there. 101-125 is extremely easy, just get 4 combos every turn and you will beat him. 126-140 is easy, you just have to use dialga(or not) to get rid of the metal blocks. I found that dialga was more useful. 141-149 is where im beating him with 0 moves left every stage

It's not a flat increase in difficulty. Level 50 is a boss stage, after which it goes back to being easy until the next boss stage. Look at the HP graph in the OP.

My team is MMY 8, xern max, cres 9 and vict 8. tried lugia, but aparently that doesnt remove the keldeo icons.
Im really hoping not to have to lash out and buy a C-1

Its highly unlikely that you are going to beat it without C-1. Also I replaced victini with diancie so i can quickly get rid of the barriers in the beginning. Im currently on 183.

Yeah, they're really easy. Keldeo is more about getting time for all 300 than about them being particularly challenging.

100-149 is mostly about getting consistent combos. Each turn you don't get 4+combos will generate disruptions.
