Not to mention basically TPCi ended up replacing more of the Japanese music than 4Kids did overall, heck, look at XY- 4Kids always kept a majority of the Japanese music in some form, be it the Movies or the Anime, even if they replaced it in one or the other, but that can't be said for TPCi now.
Additionally, TPCi thoughts kids were too dumb to notice the VA changes, refused to let the 4Kids voice actors for the main cast stay even though they said they would have opted for less pay.
Then, we have Cathcart's script writing, who made TR into a bunch of rhyming and alliteration spouting morons, Ash into some slang spouting hipster woman, and he dumbs down Bonnie's lines a lot as well.
Overall, TPCi has only added more issues to the dub than 4Kids' already had to begin with.

I can't say I agree because it seems to me like 4Kids' main actors at least put effort into what they were doing, and all of them had actual acting experience prior to Pokemon. Plus, they did keep the Japanese OST a lot in some stuff (Seasons 1-3, Movies 4-8). There's also some times I actually smiled at the jokes the 4Kids dub made.
It's still bad compared to the Japanese Version, but there's SOME redeeming factors to it, whereas I can't say much for TPCi.

Pokémon doesn't have a bad dub. It's fairly accurate, keeps most of the meaning, and translates the hard-to-translate things into ways that make sense to the localized audience.
Pokémon has a lazy dub. The VAs don't care very much, it's got a shit timeslot, and it feels like the only reason they keep dubbing it is because they've always been dubbing it. While lazy seems bad, it's not exactly the same. A bad dub has a blind-idiot translation or is Samurai Pizza Cats-level gag dubbing. A lazy dub feels sloppy and like no one cares about the product they're putting out.

Yes, it's a lazy dub, but it's a bad dub in many areas. It replaces a large chunk of the OST, has voice actors so pitiful in their roles that they not only lack passion for said roles, but many of whom sound too old or too young in their roles, on top of that.

Yeah, but the thing is, they DON'T leave the fucking script alone, TPCi butcher pretty much anything Team Rocket says, have Ash spout slang, and give Bonnie dialogue to talk down to people.
On top of that, we have miscast voice actors across the board who have no real passion for anything, with only the Narrator fitting his role, and to make matters worse, so much excessive replacement music that TPCi is worse about it than 4Kids ever was now.
tl;dr TPCi's Pokemon dub is indeed a bad dub.
