It's that time of the year again! It's near the end of the year and the latest Pokemon movie, Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, will be airing today on Cartoon Network in conjunction with a reairing of Arceus and the Jewel of Life. It's already aired in a few other backwater countries but who cares about them CN is the place we do this shit amirite? As with the /vp/ tradition, we'll be watching, discussing, and most importantly, heckling it from start to finish. So if you don't have anything to do today and you're not going to go watch Star Wars, it probably wouldn't kill you to tune in.

Watching the Arceus move again reminded me how good the Gen IV movies were. The Arceus movie is probably the last "great" Pokemon movie. Gen V and Gen VI so far were disappointing. The Hoopa movie may cut close to Geb IV greatness, I only watched segments of the raw Japanese version

the only LA stuff they still air is Wimpy Kid 3, The Smurfs, and Cat in the Hat. They canceled that shitty sports award show and stopped rerunning Incredible Crew.
vishnu (the lead of programming at CN) can go fuck himself for different reasons though. look at how many TTG reruns there are.
the hoopa movie will probably reair some other time, like look at this Arceus movie they're airing out of nowhere. there seems to be at least 2 weekends a year where Pokemon has a nice marathon or a prime time slot. (in august there was an afternoon marathon with 1 BW episode, 2 XY episodes, and a movie or two; while last year had the HD 1st movie in Jan. and a Hoenn marathon with the Diancie movie in November)
