After quite a bit of research, I found they are legit. They are responsible for recent Gen VI events in Singapore, usually as English copies of Japanese events. They've done the shiny Rayquaza, shiny Mega Gengar, Garchomp, and a Hoopa before the west even got him.
For whatever reason, Serebii just doesn't have the Arceus in his database yet. As far as I understand, these serial codes work on both Japanese and American consoles. Though, their Facebook page is blocked to any region outside of Singapore. Perhaps a little effort with a VPN using a Singapore IP, you should be able to get a serial code.

Don't worry if you're having trouble accessing the FB page with a VPN, I haven't had much trouble doing so. I'll link the woobox as soon as it get's posted. It's more comparable to making money off Youtube bux (assuming you're part of the .001% that gets popular) as opposed to working a 9-5 job. And if I knew I had a guaranteed shot at making enough to live comfortably by screaming at a facecam playing Slender or whatever the fuck is popular today, I would do it, because it would beat breaking my back doing manual labor as I am currently.
And it's bytes of code and nothing more. You can play with it in Amie and everything, and when I'msending ribbonless event Legendaries en masse via Wonder TradeI'm sure kids won't care that it didn't come from a serial code. To imply there's anything "more" to a legit event than a cloned one is autism.

Well, there's the answer for your vision, you're just one of these that lost the true ideal of pokémon and just see them as "bytes of code and nothing more".

I use my favorites in-game and don't adhere strictly to OU: The OU if I decide to play competitive, I play out the battles dramatically in my head and maybe pretend my Pokémon have specific personalities (which might be a little autistic in itself). I'm just not going to cry that I don't have an event that wasn't even intended for my country with an extremely limited distribution when I can just inject one.
