I'm doing Randomized Black right now and my luck is just awful. Yesterday I lost all my pokemon except Politoed, which was my starter, to the outside of Pinwheel Forest. And my wellspring cave catch, a Wobuffett with Shock Wave and Confusion, died immediately in its first battle. Earlier than that, my encounter for the Dreamyard was a Charmeleon, and I had Drake the Roselia in the lead. I thought I was faster. I was wrong, and it OHKOd it with a fucking BLUE FLARE. At least I got a Conkeldurr in the Pinwheel forest Interior which is wrecking face.

Caught a Gloom in my AS nuzlocke and I'm contemplating using it, not sure if I should evolve it into a Bellosom or Vileplume. Thoughts?

What's the rest of your team stand at? I'd personally pick Vileplume, because of dual-typing and more leaf stone availability over sun stones.

Welp, it's up to you. You've got the poison already with Crobat, unless you're going with a fully flying moveset. IIRC, Vileplume does have better Sp.A, though, so there's that. It also learns Petal Dance, which is one of my favourite grass moves, and I've swept the E4 with it in 3 lockes now. I don't think I've ever had this issue about multi-evolutions in a locke except for when I try to figure out an eeveelution, though, so it's a little bit of a conundrum.
