Mega Diancie and Mega Absol woth Play Rough hard-Counters Darkrai. Stuff with Magic Coat that resists Dark works well too, so Clefable, maybe?
Gliscor beats most Groudon variants.
Xerneas gets stopped by phasing, so just use a phazer with really good SpD and recovery. Good options are Zapdos, Lugia, Ho-Oh, or maybe specially defensive Arcanine, but I wouldn't bet on that one.
Mega Absol counter Mega Gengar quite well, so that's a viable option too.
Whoop de doo, Mega Absol also counters most mewtwo sets.
Definitely use Mega Absol. If you can go some Baton Pass bullshit to boost its Evasion or Attack or Speed or something, all the better. Smogon fucknig hates Evasion spam, so minimize-baton pass Drifblim could be right up your alley too.

Does ubers have Sleep Clause? I don't remember. If it doesn't, you could go for Vivillon. It's actually better than Darkrai if you're playing without Sleep Clause since Sleep Powder boosted by Compound eyes has 95 Accuracy, and it only takes 1 Quiver Dance to outspeed anything not named Deoxys or wearing a scarf. 90% Accurate Hurricane boosted by a Quiver Dance or two hits like a bitch. I've swept whole teams of legendaries with it on-cart.

Not a bad Xerneas check, but you have better things to do than phaze with it. You'd probably be better off with Thunder Wave.
