I figured out why there are so many GO threads, it's because the GO general is so far down in the catalog to the point no one would actively search for it. I checked a few minutes ago and that general was exactly 52 threads down in the catalog. Wanna make people stop making so many GO threads? Sticky that general and keep it permanently in the first slot. Boom! Job's done and you can move on with your day.

I can agree on a few points. Alola is too fucking Hawaiian, boys shouldn't get chipmunk teeth (girls shouldn't either, but it is unacceptable on men). I agree on the childish character thing, but I also temper that against the fact that we know of, like, 5 characters and two generics, most of whom have childish equivalents in every game up to now.
I get why people like Lillie. She is a new kind of character to pokemon, on several levels, and she is one of two females we know of yet, so...

I think people are overreacting on her. I'm almost sure that she'll be either a simple tsundere character, be related to the main villain, or if they want to "surprise us", she'll be the main villain. If it's something other than that, then I'll reconsider my opinion on her.
Help me keep my expectations low so I won't be disappointed like I was with ORAS.

I don't understand how people see "chipmunk teeth". When I look at the characters I just see visible teeth, they don't look too proeminent to me like they're supposed to be "buck".

I think the Pokéambulance is going to show up when you "black out" after losing a battle to pick up you and your Pokémon. Could be pretty neat. It'd be the ending scene of many Nuzlockes to come.
And the Blastoise fire truck... maybe there will be some Pokémon Ranger-like side quests? A forest fire?

Nah, I doubt they'd waste that much time on something that appears for a split second. I think the ambulances will be the pokemon centers of the island left of the starting one, since the map weirdly only shows one.

I think we're gonna have an underwater Victory Road. Like an underwater Cave System, where you'll have to dive and surf to get through.
If that artificial island in the middle really is the E4... in all previous games we've had the Vitory Road be a cave righ before the E4 building. It'd be weird if all of a sudden it was just there in the middle of an ocean with nothing between it and theplayer. And if you look closely at the map, that building looks like it goes veeeeeery deep into the ocean.

That's what I'm hoping but part of me just can't shake off the long pathway on top of the ice mountain. The only thing keeping up my hopes is that it leads to a giant iceberg instead of a building. So I'll just keep on hoping for it to be something for that island's guardian instead of the E4.
You know, I understand the hate for Bruxish. It's pretty flashy and many find it ugly just because of that. It's just... I really like it! I hope it has good stats and maybe even an evo!

Unless there is a building inside the icy peak, then it won't be the E4. The building you see behind it is an observatory, and is on a seperate mountain. I can't post the picture right now, but there's a screenshot of Kukui showing you a map of Alola, and if you look close enough, you can see a path going in between the two mountains.

Pokémon Go needs to be contained to their general thread like the autists in the anime thread. There is no need for a chunk of the catalog to be about Go.
On the topic of SM I have been pleasantly surprised with the Pokemon revealed so far. While I don't particularly like any of the legendary pokémon, the rest look interesting and unique.
Salandit is my favorite so far design wise and is the first fire type since Chandelure/Volcarona I knew I wanted to use on a team.
Bruxish, while odd looking, could be useful. That ability makes me want to use it.
I know those two have adopt on my team. Or, at the least, will be given an extensive tryout. Others I might use depending on final stages are Komala, Rockruff, and Vikavolt.
If salandit is good I'll probably go with Rowlet to round out typing a on the team and not have two fire types. I'm happy SM will give us some unused type combos. Can't wait to see what else we get.

Guys, i honestly feel like S&M might be the best pokemon games yet. I originally thought the same about xy, but they ended up being a huge disappointment. However this time it looks like the fixed all their mistakes and that this is what xy should have been. I hope i'm not being too optimistic, what do you think?
