How would you design, from the ground up, a pokemon balanced around Parental Bond?
Hard mode: don't change the ability itself
Dante Must Die mode: don't just give it a horrible BST
A shitty moveset that doesnt allow it to be as powerful. No moves like power up punch that increase stats and cause damage and no moves with a base damage above 100 maybe.
A shitty gimmickmon like Spinda or some shit.

So we have...
Physical electric type with cruddy coverage, the coverage moves it odes get are low BP or have bad accuracy, it doesn't learn any key moves that work well with Parental Bond, some of its move like Superpower and Knock Off actually suck with Parental Bond, it's slow, and it has below-average defenses.
I think we have a loser here.
Concept: A mischievous fae that disguises itself as a clay cookie jar. The cookies inside are it's pre-evolution based on cookies made of rocks with the chocolate chips being pebbles. The general aesthetic of the cookie jar is fairy tale esque, invoking that of an old cottage in a European forest.

I wasn't making a viable set of moves. I was just throwing out moves that fit it's theme.
Also, status moves don't get repeated by Parental Bond., only damaging.
