Hey guys, since most of you own a PS3 here I'll go ahead and ask this.
Ok so someone just sold me Persona 4 Ultimax for PS3, for pretty cheap (bout 20 dollars). I thought I'd be getting a PSN code to redeem, but instead she gave me the following instructions:

>Sign into PSN with an account of hers, probably a sock account she uses for these transactions

>Go to Transaction Management
>Go to Download List
>Select P4U (the only game in there) and download it in the background.
She claims that as long as I do not delete User 2 or that extra PSN account, I will be able to play the game normally on User 1 and my own PSN.
I see she's a highly rated seller, so I'm assuming she's telling the truth. No one's put forward complaints for years...
But how? What is this wizardry? Am I in deep shit now or am I okay?
Should I back up the gamedata somewhere just in case, once it's downloaded?
I asked her if I'd lose access if that PSN account ever ceased to exist, and she said no. All of this seems shady as fuck though. Please advise.

Sony doesn't care if you share games with your friends, so as long as the game is "owned" by at least one account, it can be played by any account. However, it can only be downloaded to 2 machines at once (this is the anti-piracy).

I basically cheaped out because I live in Mexico, where console retail games cost unreasonable amounts of dosh, and the PSN price was also pretty high. So I went to Mexican eBay (MercadoLibre) and saw a high reputation seller claiming to have a code for P4U, for 20 bucks. I see now that it was false advertisement, but I think I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.
