Eh, that's debatable. There's a blog where someone plays through the official translation and the fan translation at the same time and notes the differences. There are a few things that the fan translation rightfully has but the official one doesn't, like the american soldiers speaking in butchered japanese.
A big problem is that Japanese as a language is very open for interpretation.

You can deduct how important Yamato is by simply looking at the cover art, bonus soundtrack cover, and the fact that he is the only character to get two promo videos. Quite important. A joke among the Japanese is that he's the heroine.The game's name, "Break Record", appears to be named after his route or at least related to its concept through word play.You get him back on Thursday. Like the Septentrione arc, the dragon stream plays an important role in the story. You can't defeat Miyako, free Alcor from imprisonment, or defeat Canopus without him because of Hotsuin shit. Your data is glitchy because you protected Alcor from an attack and it damaged your data, and Yamato is staying in the Akashic Stratum to continuously repair it. The world with Miyako in it is actually a reset version of one where they fought the Triangulum before but lost because your damaged data caused you to disappear. Yamato was the last human alive and managed to kill the last Triangulum by himself but was fatally wounded in the process. As he was dying, Yamato wanted Alcor to give him another chance, to which Alcor takes Yamato to the Akashic Stratum, resets the world again, and an error caused from the missing Yamato, who's repairing your data so you don't disappear again in that world, causes Miyako.

And yeah, he's loyal to you regardless of what ending you choose. A reoccurring theme in BR is that you need each other. Yamato can't win without you, you can't win without him, and you have to keep seeking each other out. Every single thing he does is done for you or because of you. He'll readily be put through hell if it means protecting the MC and his ideals.
By the end of the story he's as close to you as Daichi and Io are, maybe closer. He's the only one who walks right up to you when everybody meets up again in his ending.

Miyako, I feel she's fine but forgettable amongst the rest of the characters because I'm not into her gimmick, but that's my opinion. She felt disconnected from everything going on with the characters and story outside her own problems, and she felt like a plot device most of the time. Some of the "woe is me" coming from her in attempt to garner sympathy backfired and was a little bit annoying. Sharing the spotlight with Yamato, who I felt was the most well-written character, doesn't exactly help her either due to the contrast in writing quality. On the other hand, she's at her best when interacting with him due to their amusing fights, and accidentally helping each other realise things they don't pick up on their own because they're both socially inept.
As for Miyako's feelings, I'm not sure how to interpret. You could say she's into you, though not as much as the three clear ones (Io, Makoto, Yamato), but there's also behavior between her and Daichi that could be interpreted as flirtatious and she's close to Io. Io tries to fill the role for Miyako that you do for Yamato.
She makes fun of Yamato and calls him a dog because of his devotion/obsession with you which makes me question how she feels. If it's anything, it's not as intense as the other characters.

I made this graph earlier for my own purposes. Obviously she appeared to originally be more law when working for her dad. But turned chaos when he went crazy. Then realized that that mentality was a little extreme once sayaka started going crazy, and became closer to neutral.
Mami I put halfway between law and neutral, since it seems that in the main story she more or less knew what was going on and was going along with it even trying to get more people involved, knowing the ramifications. But its unclear what percentage of this was for selfish reasons versus actually agreeing with the role.
Homura in a way has a little chaos, but I think that may be closer to dark neutral than to chaos. Its more general than literal. I only spent a few minutes making it.

This is an interesting thing relating to the alignments in general. Since it basically hints at that yamato was chaotic in a sense all along, but went along with polaris because it was just how to get what he wanted. And even though the first game treated AO like chaos, this new ending isn't much different than his original one. And if this is the new "law" ending, then that means that retroactively his first ending was kind of lawful in a way, too.

Its also kind of ironic that desu pretended to have more endings than just law / neutral / chaos, and yet overclocked ultimately just scaled it down to having those three endings. If they really wanted they could have made an eight day for gin and atsuro. Hell, gins would have been interesting. Make up some excuse for why the comps and your magic still worked, but you have no demons. Either make you fight with no demons against some group that is trying to find some way to bring them back, or give you some token humans who you put in your demon slots.
Then for atsuro it could even have a split of its own that's internally alignment based. Have two different people tying to take over the demonic power in the name of the government, and you side with one or the other. And they vaguely reflect law and chaos, but human versions of them, giving two different endings. This would make for an interesting split in general, since if atsuro's ending counted as anther version of either law or chaos, then counting gin, overclocked has two of each.

The thing about Alcor is that he doesn't intervene like Polaris and is all for human freedom. Putting him on the throne was more of a necessity since they had no idea how else to get rid of the overlord. Same with Yamato only making a deal with Polaris out of necessity. They had no clue how to overthrow him and didn't want to try anything dangerous for humanity (and when they do it causes the Triangulums).

Well, a lot of people here and in the fandom in general seem to think chaos only counts as chaos if its tribal people punching eachother in the dick in a jungle with no laws. (despite gotou being a leader, ozawa ruling a town with an iron fist, lucifer being a king, etc.) Pointing out that yamato is still chaos rather than law makes for an interesting critique of chaos in general, pointing out that wanting perpetual chaos that you maintain in a chaotic state rather than allowing it to deviate if people want is still a system of a kind.
And desuII treated alcor as if he was a kind of chaos. You unlock lucifer by raising his fate, if I'm not mistaken. I originally thought he would be a wildcard who was some chaos and some law, but his ending and his speech during made it obvious that his "thing" was that the new world would be however people made it. And in the end he says he'd become part of the world rather than its administrator. Since this is more or less what mem aleph did, you can definitely tie it to chaos.

Alcor says that without asking polaris, he came to earth and gave them art and civilization, gave yamato's family a magical dragon, guided humans from the shadows, etc. So he very much intervened plenty.
