I don't understand what you're saying. MC was not the cause of Chidori's death, so why would him trying to make amends with MC be immature?

He blamed him because he was right, it was some of MC's fault, but also because everyone was just told the world would end and was hysterical. He thought of the first thing that came to mind, and if you talk to him afterwards, he even apologizes because he says that wasn't right of him to do and he wasn't thinking.

So yeah, Junpei da best. Also the only one not to be an idiot during The Answer.
