It's the difference (making a very exaggerated example) between Game of Thrones/HBO and your average porn flick.

I figured out how to jump, you have to equip a gun, and then use the "rondato" skill, and you can only use that if you have the "running" state.

It isn't like popularizing a manga story to be translated. You need to understand that a translation job for even a small nukige could easily be pushing a 1K salary for translation. Most people don't have the will power to do that kind of workload for no pay.
